Kindness Through Giving Fund

 

This year's scholarship has been awarded to Gabriella and Makayla Hazlett who will be attending CU and CSU in the fall. Liana Martin, our 3rd recipient this year and will also be attending CSU.

​

The Kindness Through Giving Fund was established to help individuals impacted by the difficulties of ALS or other neuromuscular disorders, whether personally or within their family, in achieving their educational goals.  Scholarships from this fund will be granted to those who are pursuing higher education and exemplify the values of kindness, love, and compassion, which were the guiding principles of Paul Dannels' daily life.

Applications for the 2024/2025 school year are currently being accepted. Please ensure all submissions are received by April 30, 2024. Scholarship recipients will be announced by May 10, 2024. The amount of the scholarship and the number of scholarships awarded will vary each year based on the amount of money raised throughout the year.

  • To be considered for the scholarship,
    please provide the following:

  • Completed Application Form to Include:

  • Background Information

  • Short answer questions completed

  • Essay response complete 

  • Unofficial high school transcript (high school seniors only)

  • Additional documents or letters of recommendation (optional)
